Use profiles you're authorised to run
Connect LinkedIn and email accounts that are yours, or that you run for your company or a client.
Send honest, respectful messages
No spam, no harassment, and nothing that misleads people about who you are or what you offer.
Honour opt-outs
When someone asks you to stop, stop. Every cold email carries an unsubscribe link to make that easy.
Use lists you can lawfully contact
Upload only contacts you have a lawful basis to reach.
If an account breaks these rules
We may suspend it, and we'll explain why in plain English.
