The service
CuppaLeads is self-serve software that runs LinkedIn outreach and cold email from accounts you connect.
Your account
You look after your login details and decide how the service is used on your accounts.
Platform rules and the law
You're responsible for your use of each platform under its terms, and for the email and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR. Our acceptable use policy covers the basics.
Third-party platforms
LinkedIn and your email provider set their own rules. LinkedIn's User Agreement doesn't allow third-party automation, and any platform can limit an account at any time.
By using CuppaLeads you accept that risk. Our built-in guardrails keep it as low as we reasonably can, and we tell you straight away when an account needs attention.
